REFUND POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE

Stream Web Digital Services works on an entirely customer centric methodology and we believe in working towards your happiness. We believe in helping all customers as far as possible, and have consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

In order to achieve this, we have a very simple cancellation policy. The process to initiate a cancellation request is by sending an email or a phone call to our billing department. You will immediately receive a confirmation from your account manager with the date of cancellation. Yes, it is as simple as it sounds.

Our official policy on cancellation stands as follows:

Domain Name Registration Services :

Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Stream Web Digital Services had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.

The customer is solely responsible for canceling their account.

All the data stored with Stream Web Digital Services will be archived immediately from all our servers but will be stored with us for future use. We guarantee your privacy will not be compromised in any case.

If the customer chooses to cancel their service within 30 days that they have already paid for, the cancellation will take effect immediately. Stream Web Digital Services will not charge you after that period.

Refund Policy :

We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our web and hosting services, you may be eligible for a refund (pro-rated) by sending your request in writing to our support department within thirty (30) days of completing your new order. All other sales are final, i.e. domain registrations, Reseller Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, SSL Certificates, etc. are non-refundable items and will be deducted from your order total, before you receive your pro-rated refund. You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel. By placing your order with Stream Web Digital Services you agree to these terms.

Clients wish for refund of their Services will need to contact our billing department either by opening a support request or by sending an email to billing@streamwebdigitalservices.com

We will try our level best to create the suitable package that matches for our clients. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

Terms and Conditions :

1. There are no refunds on domain registrations, SMTP Server, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, SSL Certificates. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.

2. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

3. Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.

4. Stream Web Digital Services also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service / Privacy Policy Stream Web Digital Services reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.

6. There are no refunds on Social Media Service . So Before Place Your Order be sure.
